We always provide pre and after sales support to enable robust shopping experience. Our customer support team try their best that you don’t have any problems with the service/product delivered to you. However, if something went wrong, we are here to help you out.
We accept cancellations and provide refunds on certain conditions. Kindly read our set of rules that applies to the policy:
Cancellation & Refund Terms for Services:
- You need to cancel your order within 24 hours to receive a full refund. After 24 hours, your refund will be partial.
- The final product does not meet any of the project requirements you have submitted.
- Your final project delivery got delayed by more than 2 months.
Cancellation & Refund Terms for Product/Subscription:
- The refund will be initiated only if the digital product is not downloaded by the customer. Once it is downloaded, we cannot issue any refund.
- Subscriptions should be cancelled within 24 hours. Cancellation after 24 hours will be processed after deducting payment for one month.
